Day 1, Weight Watchers

This isn't the way I really want to start out, but here I am feeling discouraged and like I can't do Weight Watchers before I've even tried! I made a weight-loss resolution in January, like everyone else, and I thought I was doing really well! I could swear that I was eating better than I ever had, but my weight keeps going up instead of down. I'm trying to put on a brave face, set all the disappointment behind me, and start fresh.

THIS WEEKS GOALS:
1. Track my points on weight watchers daily.
2. Drink 2 glasses of water each day.

Usually I get pretty excited and make a lot of goals for myself, but this time around I want to stick to 1-2 new goals per week. I don't plan on changing my eating habits right away. I want to see what the foods I like to eat are worth in this program. I already see that cashews might need to appear less frequently in my diet. I am happy that my homemade pizza is still low in points, I think there would be a revolt in my house if it were taken away.
