New Years Eve was a bust, I drank & ate way too much. Today however, I stayed on track. I am getting to bed early and want to get in a routine of waking up at 7. I am on the hunt for a zumba dvd I like so I can work out 4 days a week.
Tomorrow I am going to follow my calorie goals and be productive. Being productive = clean the shower & bathroom vanity, work on putting sets together, and make a list of work-related priorities and fitness goals.
